If you become a WOW Niche Reports Resource member, you're legally obligated to [read: stuck with] the terms and conditions listed below. We offer you a lot of valuable content on this site and we can only insure that that content retains its value by having EVERYONE adhere to these rules. If you feel you are not able to abide by them, please don't bother to remain a member.

By utilizing WOW Niche Reports Resource's content you are signifying that you have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions...

YOU'RE NOT ALLOWED...

1. To set up any site that might be deemed competitive to ours with the sole purpose of giving away or selling any of our Private Label reports. If you have any doubts about what might be deemed as competitive, please email me and ask.

2. Although you are free to give away or sell any of the reports you receive from this website, you may not allow others to give away or sell these reports. In other words, your private label rights are NON transferable and you may furthermore NOT sell master or regular resell rights to any of our Private Label Reports.

3. You may not use our Private Label Report content EXCLUSIVELY for creating websites with the sole goal of reselling these websites for profit.

YOU ARE ALLOWED...

1. To use our Private Label reports as they are or to edit the content within them as much as you wish. In fact we ENCOURAGE you to edit it, so there will be less duplication of content.

2. You may use the reports in any number of ways including (but not limited to) using it for creating your own websites, blogs, newsletters, ecourses, using it as basis for viral reports and/or infoproducts, audio products and any other creative thing you can think of.

3. HOWEVER, if you are going to use our Private Label reports as the basis for your own unique VIRAL reports, you MUST make SUBSTANTIAL changes to the content to prevent market saturation or the situation were everyone is giving away all the same reports!

4. Similarly, if you are going to use our Private Label reports as the basis for your own unique infoproducts, you MUST make SUBSTANTIAL changes to the content to prevent market saturation or the situation were everyone is selling all the same infoproducts!

5. If you rewrite the content of our reports or add a significant amount of your own content, so that at least 50% of the content is original, then you can consider the report as your own work and claim copyright.

6. You may only offer rights (give away rights, reprint rights and/or master reprint rights) to the reports/ebooks you create IF AND ONLY IF you have made SUBSTANTIAL changes to the content. This is re-writing the content and/or adding your own content so that it meets the 50% criteria above and may be considered as your own work.

GENERAL TERMS...

1. WOW Niche Report Resource owners reserve the right to cease, suspend and remove at their own discretion the membership of any member at any time. Any member whose membership account is canceled will cease to have private label rights to downloaded reports, although he/she may keep them for their own personal use.

2. You shall not hold the WOW Niche Report Resource responsible in any way for any loss you may incur as a result of your membership in our Club or your use of our content.

3. WOW Niche Report Resource owners have the full, unconditional rights to terminate the  membership website at any time, without prior notice. Although this is highly unlikely:-)
